Open-Cell vs. Closed-Cell Spray Foam

Both are polyurethane spray foams, but they perform very differently. Closed-cell is denser, costs more, and adds a vapor barrier. Open-cell is lighter, cheaper per inch, and lets walls dry in either direction.
