How matching works
Insulation Finders is a free referral service. When you submit a project, it goes to no more than two local insulation contractors in your area — enough to compare pricing and keep the quotes competitive, never a bidding auction, never a shared-lead list, and never sold to third parties.
The process, step by step

You submit a quote request
You tell us the project type, property type, timeline, city/ZIP, and a short description. Contact info (name, phone, optional email) is captured on the final step, along with your explicit consent to be contacted.

We match your request to up to two local partners
We route your request to no more than two contractors based on service area (they actually cover your ZIP), project type (residential vs. commercial, spray foam vs. blown-in, etc.), and current capacity. Two is the cap — enough to compare pricing head to head, few enough to avoid the spam-call stampede. If only one local partner is a fit for your scope, we tell you so instead of padding the list.

The contractors contact you directly
The matched contractors reach out — typically within one business day — to ask a few questions, schedule a site visit if needed, and provide written quotes you can compare side by side. You are under no obligation to hire either one.

You verify and decide
Ask for their state license number and a current Certificate of Insurance. Look them up on Google and the BBB. If the quote or the fit isn't right, walk away — and let us know so we can improve the next match.
What we share — and what we don't
Shared with your matched contractor
- • Your name
- • Phone number
- • Email (if provided)
- • City, state, ZIP, and street address if included
- • Project type, property type, timeline, and notes
Not shared, not sold
- • We do not sell your information to third parties
- • We do not add you to marketing lists
- • We do not resell your lead to other contractors
- • We do not share your info with more than two local partners
Change your mind?
Email hello@insulationfinders.com and we will withdraw your request from the matched contractors and delete your submission on request. Full details in our privacy policy.
